How can I become an Exclusive GLO Member?
Simply fill out the “Begin an Inquiry” form and a stylist will reach out to you to set up a consultation where they will go over the details.
Does the Exclusive GLO Membership include other services that are offered (ex: Photoshoot styling,Style boxes, Creative Direction, etc)?
Our normal services are not included in the membership. However, as an Exclusive GLO Member, you will receive a discounted rate on all services offered at Nancy GLO consulting (Personal Styling, Creative Direction, and Brand Development). Disclaimer: Discount only applies to members that are active for a minimum of 2 consecutive months.
Can I pause/ cancel my membership?
Although we hate to see you go, you can pause or cancel yourself OR you can send us an email at email@example.com with your first name, last name, and email letting us know if you’d like to pause or cancel your membership. Disclaimer: A paused account will resume after 2 months. Please ensure you reach out if you need some additional time.
I paused my membership, but I am ready to start again, what do I do?
We are more than happy to get you up and running again. Simply send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first name, last name, and email letting us know that you’d like to resume. your membership.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership?
Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy. However, you will have access to your client portal until the date of cancellation.
